Decades ago, most students chose to study abroad at master’s degrees. In recent years, there are many institutions working on helping students to apply for overseas universities, then high school and even the junior high school. As the students applying to study abroad become younger and younger, I deeply understand the anxiety of parents of younger children.

Is it safe for young children to study abroad? Who can manage their children’s life and study after they go abroad? Can children overcome the cultural barriers and integrate into the local community? Are they happy? Can children apply to top universities? Majority of these questions have expressed parents’ concerns and worries about child’s day-to-day life, but no agents in the market can solve this issue. I see myself as a perfect example of an individual that study aboard at a young age, I know what are the difficulties facing students and parents better than many agents in the industry. I want to help those parents to solve these problems, I want more young students in China to be able to enjoy the UK education without worrying about there is no one to help them. Therefore, I propose to provide a fully managed service for young students to study aboard and try to bridge the gap between China and UK.

About fully managed services

Academic Management

Our tutoring group will catch up with private school teachers every week to review our students’ academic performance and we will stay in contact with our students every day to solve their academic problem as soon as possible. Based on students’ academic performance, we will arrange after-lesson classes and English training in the weekend to help students improve their grades and eliminate language barriers.

Life Management

We help parents find the right guardians for their children. After we found the right guardian, we will still monitor the students closely to ensure they fit into the families well and they are happy staying where they are. We also touch base with the guardians every fortnight to make sure everything is fine and there is no behavioural issue present. If any emergence happens, we will respond as soon as possible and contact the guardians and the parents immediately.

Emotion Management

Studying away from parents will something cause the young students to feel emotionally uncomfortable, depressed or other emotional issues. We will create an emotional profile for the students, note down any possible emotional concerns. We will pick out students that are likely to development emotional concerns, we then increase monitoring, meet more often with these students until they feel more comfortable and successfully adapt to the new environment.
